The OS

Four companies below, running one kernel. Pick one and the page recomposes into that company's system — nothing underneath it changed.

It optimises

Contribution margin after ad spend

One storefront, no sales team, and every decision visible within a day. Revenue is easy to buy here, so the system refuses to optimise it — what it holds onto is what is left after the ads are paid for.

How it does that

The layout is an output.

A dashboard you configure is a template with your preferences on it, and it stops being right the moment the business moves. This is composed from what the system currently understands, which is why it starts sparse and thickens as it learns.

It reads the business first

Before anything is drawn, the system connects to what you already run and works out how the company actually operates — what a sale is, what a week looks like, which number the others are in service of.

It composes, it doesn't configure

Then it builds the workspace out of that. There is no template underneath and no settings screen where you would have picked this — the layout is a consequence of the reading, and it changes when the reading does.

The core never forked

All four of these run the identical kernel. Nothing was branched to make one of them fit, which is exactly why an improvement to the core lands for every company at once.

AI-first

Built for AI, not fitted with it.

Everything else in your stack was designed before these models existed and had one bolted on afterwards — a chat box beside software that still works the way it always did. Here the model holds the credentials and drives the system directly.

Modules

It replaces the layer it sits on.

Most of what a marketing team pays for every month is not a system of record — it is a place to put things between the systems that are. A task list, a brand folder, a proofing queue, a dashboard. Once one system already holds live credentials to everything, those stop being products you buy and become surfaces it draws.

01

Work

Asana, ClickUp, Notion

Nothing is typed into a backlog. Work appears because a number moved, and it arrives carrying the figure that moved and the window it moved in.

02

Studio

Air, Brandfolder, Dropbox

Every asset is filed against what it ran in and what it returned, so the library sorts by what worked rather than by what was uploaded last.

03

Calendar

Later, Planoly, Sprout

The plan is read from what is actually booked, briefed and live across the platforms — not kept in step with them by hand every Monday.

04

Review

Filestage, Ziflow

The decisions you reserved are the routing. Anything inside the line you drew ships; anything outside it waits on the person who owns it.

05

Reports

Triple Whale, Northbeam, Polar

Composed from the same reading as the rest of the OS, which is why every figure carries a source and why nobody rebuilds it when the business moves.

06

Capture

Replo, Unbounce, Typeform

Pages and forms deploy from your infrastructure onto your domain, and what they collect lands in your warehouse instead of somebody else's.

Not replaced — fronted

Systems of record stay exactly where they are. The OS holds credentials to them and works inside them, and it will never claim to be one. What stops being a subscription is the layer above them — the tools that only ever existed to move things between the systems you actually keep.

$7,560

At this headcount we do not pay for ourselves on cancelled software, and we would rather you heard that from us. The case is what a team of 14 gets done, not what it stops paying for. Drag the seats up to find where the arithmetic turns over.

Check it against our real invoices

List prices for the tier each vendor sells to a team this size. The managed plan is $9,500 to build in year one and $2,750 a month thereafter; the figures above compare a full year of each. Bring your actual invoices and we will run it against those instead.

Under the kernel

No model is load-bearing.

Each job routes to whichever model does it best, and any of them can be swapped for an open-weights model running on hardware you own.

Trust

It can't overstate.

The failure mode of an AI running your business is a confident wrong answer through a clean interface. Four things stop that, and the system checks all four before anything reaches you.

Every figure carries its source

And the moment it was pulled, and the window behind it. A number that cannot say where it came from does not ship.

It stops where you told it to

The decisions you reserve stop and ask, every time. Approval once is not approval forever.

Nothing goes out unconfirmed

Anything a customer would see, or that is hard to undo, waits for your say-so.

You can take the whole thing

Export everything, any time, in plain text. There is no database of yours that we hold.

What shape does yours take?

Tell us how your company runs and we'll show you the version of this built around it — the constraint it would optimise, and what it would put on your Home.
